The problem

Your brand is scattered, and it shows

The plan, the files and the feedback sit in different places, and the voice drifts from post to post. Approvals get chased, drafts get rewritten, and nobody knows what's going out or what worked.

Why we built it

Built by people who make content for a living

The team behind Orsa runs OurSocial, a social media and web design agency. We make content for clients every day, so we built the one place we wanted to work in, from the first idea to the results.

About OurSocial(opens in a new tab)
  • Easy

One place, set up from your website

Ideas, designs, scripts, approvals, publishing and results live together. Paste your website once, and every editor already knows your brand.

  • Affordable

Every feature on every plan, $29 a brand

One subscription per brand covers the whole loop, from finding what to post to measuring what worked.

  • Effective

    Know what to post next

Your rules are checked before the owner reviews a piece, and results come back by pillar, so the next round starts from what worked.

How it works

Six steps, one loop

Each step hands its work to the next, so nothing gets copied between tools.

  1. Discover

    Step 1: Find

See what's breaking out for competitors and in your niche.

  2. Organize

    Step 2: Plan

One ideas board and calendar, tied to your content pillars.

  3. Create

    Step 3: Create

Designs, docs, scripts, blogs and emails on one brand kit.

  4. Quality Gate and approvals

    Step 4: Approve

Your rules checked first, then one inbox for the owner's yes.

  5. Publish

    Step 5: Publish

Schedule to Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube.

  6. Analyze

    Step 6: Measure

Performance by pillar and by design, not just by post.

Then back to Find. What you measure shows which pillars and designs worked, so the next round of finding and planning starts from your own results.

Quality Gate

Rules that get checked, not just written down

The Quality Gate checks every piece against your Playbook before the owner sees it. Overrides need a reason.

  • Runs on designs, blogs, scripts, emails and content ideas when they move to Review
  • Flags Playbook breaks, off-brand colors and fonts, missing calls to action, risky claims, topic repeats and platform limits
  • Set each check to Fail, Warning or Exclude for your brand
  • Who overrode a check, when and why are kept

Content ideas backed by your pillars, your performance and what the accounts you follow are posting. Approved ideas land on your Ideas board.

  • Drafts with you.

  • Looks things up.

Your top posts, pillar gaps, Google reviews, Discover and the web, with links to its sources.

Why you can trust it

Every action is a card you approve

Every action Orsa AI proposes is a card a person approves. Nothing goes out without a person.

  • It can't publish, schedule, delete or change your brand setup
  • Bigger jobs go to specialists, like the Script Writer or Brand Voice Auditor, and Orsa AI reviews their drafts first
  • Your chats are private; what you approve is shared with the team

FAQ

Questions, answered

What is Orsa?
One place for all your content, built by content creators for small business teams. You find what's working, plan, create, get the owner's yes, publish and see what each post did. Orsa AI, the assistant inside it, already knows your brand.
What can I do in Orsa?
The whole loop, around one brand record. Find what's breaking out in your niche, plan on an ideas board and calendar tied to your pillars, and create designs, documents, scripts, blogs and emails on your brand kit. The Quality Gate checks your rules before review, the owner approves, you schedule to Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube, and Analyze shows results by pillar and design. Orsa runs in a desktop browser.
Which platforms can I publish to?
Five: Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube.
Does Orsa AI post on its own?
No. Every action Orsa AI proposes is a card a person approves. It can't publish, schedule, delete or change your brand setup. Your team schedules posts, from the design.
How do I set up my brand?
Add your business from its Google listing. Set-up reads your website and suggests your description, audience, colors, voice, pillars and Playbook rules. You keep what fits.
How do you keep content on brand?
Your Playbook and voice guide every draft. When content moves to Review, the Quality Gate checks it against your rules, colors, fonts, calls to action, risky claims and platform limits, and anyone who overrides a check records why.
Can someone review work without an account?
Yes, they can comment. Send a can-comment link; they type their name and leave comments with no login. Approval itself is given by a member of your team.
What does per brand mean?
A brand is one business with its own kit, Playbook, team, approvers and plan, and one account per platform. Each brand has its own plan and bill. Several locations can share one brand, but a separate Instagram account per location needs its own brand.
What happens after the trial?
Try everything for 14 days, then choose a plan. Your work stays.
What's in beta?
AI Design and AI Blog. Both carry a Beta label in the app while we finish them.
