This Privacy Policy describes how OursocialCo Marketing Inc. (“Orsa,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit this website or use our content creation and social media management platform (“Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
Information We Collect
Account information (name, email, password or third-party sign-in credentials); content you create or upload (designs, documents, transcripts, images, and other media); brand information you provide; billing information processed by our payment provider; and information from connected social media and Google accounts when you authorize those integrations.
This Website and Our Waitlist
If you join our waitlist, we collect your email address, the approximate country your request came from, the page you first landed on, the website that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link you followed. We use your email only to contact you about access to Orsa, and the rest only to understand which channels bring people to Orsa. To protect our forms from spam, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes limited technical information about your browser. We use privacy-friendly website analytics that do not use cookies to track you. You can ask us to remove you from the waitlist at any time.
Social Media & Third-Party Sign-In
If you sign up or log in using Google, we receive basic profile information (name, email, profile picture) from Google to create and authenticate your account. If you connect social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Reddit) for discovery, syncing, or analytics, we access only the data those platforms make available through their APIs for the features you enable, and only for as long as the connection remains active.
How We Use Information
To provide and operate the Service; to generate AI-assisted content on your behalf; to sync and analyze social media data you connect; to process payments and manage subscriptions; to send account-related communications; and to maintain the security and reliability of the Service.
AI Processing
Content you submit for AI-assisted generation (text, images, transcripts) is processed by third-party AI providers under contractual terms that prohibit them from using your content to train their models. Your content is used only to provide the Service to your account.
Third-Party Service Providers
We use trusted third parties to operate the Service, including cloud hosting and file storage, website hosting and security, payment processing, email delivery, and analytics/error monitoring. These providers process data on our behalf and are contractually restricted from using it for any other purpose.
