Welcome to Orsa

What is Orsa?

Orsa is where your team creates content, keeps your brand consistent, and keeps track of what’s happening across your social media accounts — all in one place.

Your Home page

When you log in, you land on Home: a dashboard of widgets showing what needs your attention across your brands. A new Home starts with Reviews (content waiting for your approval) and Tasks (your to-dos). Click Add Widget to add others, like Publishing Today or Unread Comments, and drag them into the order you like.

At the top of Home you can:

• Filter by person (it shows your name at first) and by brand (All brands to start).
• Find any design, idea, document or email with Search everything….
• Start a new design, transcript, document, blog or email with Create.

Example: if you manage three brands, pick one in the brand filter and leave the person filter on your name to see only what’s waiting on you for that brand.

The main areas

• Create — design graphics, write documents and blog posts, build marketing emails, and work with video transcripts.
• Organize — plan your content with the ideas board and calendar.
• Discover — see what’s happening on your connected social accounts.
• Analyze — reports on how your content and accounts are performing.
• Brand — your brand’s info, assets, playbook, and audience details.

You can find all of these in the sidebar on the left.

Switching brands

If you manage more than one brand, use the brand switcher at the top of the sidebar to jump between them. Whatever you’re doing — creating a design, checking the calendar — switches to the brand you pick.

Getting help

Click your profile picture at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Guides any time you’re not sure how something works. They open at orsa.social/guides in a new tab, organized the same way the app is, so if you’re stuck on the Calendar, check the Calendar guide under Organize.

You can also ask Orsa AI in your own words. For example: “Why is my sidebar greyed out?” or “How do I add a competitor?”
