Where Your Posts Appear
Find your scheduled and published posts on the design's Publish tab, the Calendar, the Home page's Publishing Today widget and design cards.
Once you schedule a design, you can find its posts in a few places. Each one answers a different question:
| Where | Best for |
|---|---|
| The design’s Publish tab | Everything about one design’s posts: status, details, cancel, retry |
| The Calendar | What’s going out this month, across all designs |
| Publishing Today on your Home page | What’s going out today, across your brands |
| Design cards on the Create page | A quick look at where and when a design goes out |
Posts can only be changed from the design’s Publish tab. Everywhere else is for looking.
Quick start (5 minutes)
- Open your brand’s Calendar. Each scheduled post shows on its day, at its time, with a small preview.
- Click a post. Its design opens.
- Click Publish in the side tabs to see the post under Scheduled Posts.
- On your Home page, add the Publishing Today widget to see what goes out today.
The design’s Publish tab
The Publish tab of the design editor is the only place that shows every post of one design, and the only place you can act on them.
- Open the design.
- Click Publish in the side tabs. If the design has posts, it opens on Socials. A locked design opens on Publish straight away.
- Look under Scheduled Posts.
From there you can open Details, Cancel Post, Retry a failed post or open a published one. See Post Status and Failures.
On the Calendar
The Calendar shows each scheduled post as its own item in the Designs layer, at its time:
- A small picture of the design, its name and the time.
- A colored dot for the design’s status, and an icon for where it’s going, like Instagram or Email.
- If one design has three posts, it shows three times.
Click an item to open the design.
What doesn’t show: cancelled and dismissed posts. Failed posts still show, so open the design to check its Publish tab.
You can’t drag social posts. Dragging one shows “Social posts are rescheduled from the design editor”. To change the time, cancel the post on the design’s Publish tab and create a new one. Email deliveries can be dragged.
More about layers, filters and labels in Calendar.
Example: a gym opens the Calendar, clicks the Designs label button until it says Delivery, and sees “Instagram Reel” on Monday, “Instagram Post” on Wednesday and “Email” on Friday.
Publishing Today on your Home page
The Publishing Today widget lists what’s set to go out today. Add it from Add Widget on your Home page.
Each line shows:
- The design’s name.
- Where it’s going and when, like “Instagram Post · 9:00 AM”.
- The content type from the design’s posting schedule, or Unspecified.
With more than one brand, posts are grouped under each brand’s name. Pick a brand in the Home filters to see only that one. Click a line to open the design in a new tab.
Only posts still waiting to go out are listed. Once a post is published, or if it’s cancelled or failed, it leaves the widget. If nothing is left, you see “Nothing scheduled for delivery today.”
“Today” runs from midnight to midnight in your computer’s time zone.
On design cards
Design cards on the Create page, and designs linked to ideas, show small channel icons when the design has posts:
- One post: the type and the date and time, like “Post · Oct 31, 2026, 9:00 AM”.
- Several posts: the next one’s type and date, and a count like +2. Hover over it to see each post, with its platform, type and time. Published posts show their time in green.
Scheduled email deliveries show here too, as Email. Failed and cancelled posts don’t.
Ideas for keeping track of your posts
A Monday plan.
A café opens the Calendar on Monday, sets labels to Delivery, and checks that each weekday has an Instagram post.
A morning check.
An agency puts Publishing Today at the top of its Home page. At 8:00 AM it sees four posts across three clients and opens one to check the caption.
Spot gaps on the Create page.
A florist scrolls the Create page. Designs without channel icons haven’t been scheduled yet.
Tips for the best results
- Change posts from the design. The Calendar and Home page are for looking. Cancel and recreate posts on the Publish tab.
- Use the Delivery label on the Calendar to see the platform and post type at a glance.
- Check failed posts on the Publish tab. The Calendar still shows them, but only the Publish tab shows the reason.
- Turn on Social publishing notifications so you hear when a post goes live or fails. See Post Status and Failures.
Common questions
Can I drag a post on the Calendar to a new day? Not social posts. You’ll see “Social posts are rescheduled from the design editor”. Cancel the post on the design’s Publish tab and create a new one.
My post isn’t on the Calendar. Cancelled posts don’t show. Also check the status filter and that the Designs layer is on. In very busy months the Calendar shows up to 40 designs. See Calendar.
My post was on Publishing Today, then it disappeared. It went out, or it was cancelled or failed. Open the design’s Publish tab to see which.
Publishing Today is empty, but I have a post today. The post may already be published. Only posts still waiting to go out are listed.
The same design shows several times on the Calendar. Each post shows on its own. A design posted to Instagram and Facebook shows twice.
Can I see a post’s status on the Calendar? The dot shows the design’s status, like Approved. For the post’s own status, open the design and look at its Publish tab.
